A PERSONAL NOTE FROM PEGGY

As a former model and runner-up Miss California, I learned years ago that real beauty comes from inside -- it has a lot to do with the foods we eat and the supplements we take. You could say, I learned it the hard way.

At a certain point in my life, under extraordinary pressures, I began drinking. When the stress became unbearable, I always had the bottle accessible. Soon the bottle had me. I became an alcoholic.

I searched the worldwide health literature for nutrients that would help me to overcome alcoholism. The information was there, but some of the products I wanted were hard to find. That's one reason why I founded Peggy's Health Center and compounded many of my own formulas and programs. I wanted to help myself and others to escape from the 'glass prison.' It worked -- in fact it worked wonders! I haven't had alcohol in many years.

Since 1973, Peggy's Health Center has kept up with the latest research and has carried a broad range of top-quality natural supplements. I have successfully counseled thousands of clients with ailments ranging from vitamin deficiency to alcoholism.
