Oops! Configuration Error!

I found the following problems in your configuration. Until these are corrected, the SFELinkAdd program can't run:

Error: Cannot find $linkfile (/home/peggyshe/public_html/links/linkfile.html). This may mean that the path to the file is not correct, or there is another error. please double-check this and, if necessary, fix it in the script.

Error: I cannot write to $linkfile (/home/peggyshe/public_html/links/linkfile.html). Please check the permissions and make sure that the file exists and is writeable by the web server. (Sometimes, this means 'chmod 766 /home/peggyshe/public_html/links/linkfile.html'.)
